YOU MAY RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR A REFUND ONLY.
RETURNS ARE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.

RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING:
UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

ITEMS THAT ARE INCOMPLETE, WORN, DAMAGED, WASHED, OR MISSING TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  2. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED, AND YOUR REASON FOR RETURN

  3. YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE WITHIN 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS WITH THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND ADDRESS

  4. SHIP THE ITEM(S) TO THE RETURN ADDRESS PROVIDED

 

WHO COVERS RETURN SHIPPING?

ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
SON DER SAGA DOES NOT COVER SHIPPING FEES UNLESS THE ITEM IS PROVEN TO BE FAULTY OR INCORRECT.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND APPROVED, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL ONCE THE REFUND IS ISSUED.

 

WHY WAS MY RETURN REJECTED?

RETURNS MAY BE REJECTED IF:

  • THEY ARE RECEIVED MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY

  • THE ITEMS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (WORN, WASHED, DAMAGED, MISSING TAGS)

REJECTED RETURNS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVED FAULTY OR DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
